These terms and conditions apply to ALL orders placed via this website, by making a purchase you have agreed to them.
1) All paintings currently offered for sale on this website are original paintings by Dennis S Davies and the image copyright remains with Dennis S Davies. You are purchasing the painting itself and not any rights to replicate, reproduce or distribute the image. Breach of Copyright is a criminal offence.
2) All orders will be despatched within 30 days of the order date unless unforeseen circumstances arise. If there is a problem with delivery I will notify you as soon as possible.
3) I aim to keep www.artbydennis1.co.uk up to date with the correct availability of any painting for sale, however, if for some reason a painting is unavailable at the time of ordering I will cancel your order, notify you via email and process a full refund within 7 days of the date of your order.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason there will be no charge up until the time the painting has been dispatched, and a full refund will be made.
If the order is cancelled after the painting has been dispatched then the conditions of the Returns section will apply.
Returns
If you have purchased a painting from www.artbydennis1.co.uk then you have seven working days from the date of receipt to decide if you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you decide not to keep the painting you can return the painting for a full refund of the price of the painting. This does not include the Postage & Packing costs incurred by me in sending it to you.
You are also responsible for the cost and safe return of the painting.
In these circumstances I will refund your payment via the original payment method as soon as possible after receipt of the undamaged painting. I aim to do this within 14 days in all cases.
If the painting is returned damaged, any refund payable by Dennis S Davies is forfeited.
Damaged Goods
Any painting which is received by you and found to be damaged can be returned to me for a full refund of costs, including all Postage & Packing costs. It is your responsibility to check all packaging is intact and there is no visible damage to the outside of the packaging before accepting the goods.
Data Protection
Any of your personal information taken by www.artbydennis.co.uk will be used to accurately process your order. Your information will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third party.
